CFO / Chief Financial Officer

Juan has over 25 years of leadership experience in various aspects of Finance and Accounting in both Public and Private entities. He has held leadership roles in Treasury Management, FP&A, Controllerships and Chief Financial Officer. With his diverse background he’s been able effectively navigate organizations through complex financial and operational challenges. A firm believer in transparency and measurement he aligns very closely with the stakeholders in the rest of the company to ensure all business decisions are derived from accurate set of data and information. He has worked in industries which include Construction, Financial Services, SAAS and Medical.

Within construction he has worked both Private and Public Works projects. Has successfully navigated multiple audits with the state of California.
