Manuel started with Esplanade as a field laborer and worked his way up to a service manager, then foreman and is now a Superintendent. He has thrived and risen to every challenge. Through his hard work, tenacity, and ability to learn and grow quickly, he has shown much promise and continues to be successful. Manuel has a strong work ethic, understands the value of customer service, and brings his professionalism and positive energy to every situation. As a superintendent, he pays close attention to all safety protocols while completing projects on time and within budget.

Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, Manuel loves watching sports and playing them as well. He also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. In his free time you can catch him enjoying a BBQ and pool time with his family.
