Senior Superintendent

Miguel is a quality-focused Superintendent that utilizes exceptional leadership skills combined with a knowledge of all construction sub trades. He has a strong ability to manage and direct others, determine priorities, decide a course of action and make adjustments for peak efficiency. He makes sure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and most importantly, with the safety of his clients and staff as a top priority. Like all Esplanade Team Superintendents, Miguel is passionate about project success and fully committed to our Team-based culture. Miguel spends his downtime working around his home doing improvement projects.
