Phil Brodkin

COO / Chief Operating Officer

Brodkin brings over 20 years of industry experience across a variety of services. Most recently, Brodkin was the Managing Principal of the Los Angeles Region at Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing the Downtown Los Angeles, West Los Angeles, North Los Angeles and South Bay Markets. Brodkin was responsible for revenue growth, profitability, client relations, industry recruitment and business development, providing leadership and broadening client services. Before Cushman & Wakefield, Brodkin was Newmark’s Los Angeles Region Market Leader and served as the head of Newmark’s Industrial and Logistics Services group. In addition to his prior work at Newmark, Brodkin served as a Director of Real Estate for the Regus Group/IWG where he was responsible for overseeing strategic growth for the western U.S. Brodkin started his career as a brokerage professional for CBRE, where he spent nine years.

Phil enjoys spending time with his family and friends, most specifically his wife Katie and his four children, Trace, Ryan, Jenna and Eric.
