Help coordinate removal of large manufacturing equipment in warehouse. Demolition of stand-alone full height rooms within warehouse. Work with client direct ESFR vendor to ensure completion of their scope without affecting our schedule. Relocation of overhead fed switchgear and ground fed distribution box. All new LED high bays over warehouse. Rework raceways over warehouse. New partial demolition of existing office space. New full height walls to allow for 14’ T-bar ceiling over open office. New warehouse and office restrooms. New warehouse and office breakrooms. New conference room with glass partitions. New four position dock well, removing existing shallow pad footings to make way for two 16’ continuous footings and three new 6’ pad footings. Challenge was working with a sloping finished floor slab with new trench drain routing. Client was very happy with us coming in early taking into consideration unforeseen circumstances in the field.
