New Orange County bank headquarters for start up bank.  New high end executive offices, conference rooms, break room, and secured IT room.  Show case custom bank lobby and reception area for walk in clients and teller stations.  This space required all new lighting and HVAC upgrades, including new HVAC units, LED lighting, T24 switching and security monitoring services.
