Orange County DeNovo bank headquarters for startup bank.  New high-end executive offices, conference rooms, break room, and secured IT room.  Custom bank lobby and reception area for walk in clients and teller stations. The installation of glazing throughout allowed this first-floor window line office space to capture and utilize the natural light from the main building entry. This space required all new LED lighting and HVAC upgrades, T24 switching and security monitoring services.
