A very unique project converting a standard tilt-up building to a certified EOC for the Orange County Sheriff Department. Heavy structural upgrades required to meet the category-IV state requirements. Interior upgrades are highlighted by a new post and beam mezzanine which added approximately 6,000 USF, (93) new RTU’s will full BMS upgrade, full commercial kitchen, (7) sets of multi-stall restrooms, a gym with shower facilities, executive team conference center, and multiple training rooms with (4) new folding partition doors.  Exterior upgrades included new trash enclosure, generator pad, dog kennels, site fencing, landscaping upgrades, ADA upgrades, and employee break area/patio with BBQ, fire pit, and conference areas.
